van der Gaag et al. (2013): locally present outdoors in Var and Alpes-Maritimes departments. Present in greenhouses growing ornamental host plants throughout the country.
EPPO Reporting Service (2019/078) : found in 2 ornamental palm trees (Trachycarpus fortunei) in a garden centre located in Muzillac (Morbihan department). All infested plants were destroyed. Under official control.
