Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (2009/087) : both L. asiaticus and L. africanus occur in Réugnion. Although severe outbreaks of huanglongbing were observed in the 1970s, a programme of biological control (against the insect vectors) and the use of healthy planting material provided an effective control of the disease.
