EPPO Reporting Service (2023/175) : in May 2021, the presence of fall armyworm was confirmed. Larvae and damage were observed in several localities in the provinces of Bioko Sur (Moka) and Bioko Norte (El Gorriaga, Malabo), mainly on maize and to a lesser extent on sugarcane and leek.
