EPPO Reporting Service (2013/175) : first found in summer 2006 in the Southern part of Wielkopolska region. In 2009, HVX was considered to be widespread (exchanges between amateurs and in vitro multiplication of infected plants). In all cases where origin of seedlings could be established, the source of infected plants was Dutch commodity exchange.
