EPPO Reporting Service (2019/061) : absence from Swiss vineyards was confirmed by a survey conducted in 2014-2015 in the 3 major grapevine-growing regions (in total 3 062 vines were tested). GRBV was detected in 6 accessions in the Agroscope grapevine virus collection (all 6 accessions originated from the USA). As a precuationay approach these 6 accessions were removed from the collection.
