Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (2014/216) : first detected in South Africa in 2012 on street trees near Pretoria, followed by many other detections on street and ornamental trees, mainly in the Gauteng province. It was found in Eucalyptus plantations in 2013 (Mpumalanga, Limpopo and KwaZulu-Natal provinces).
