Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (2006/104) : found in a group of declining trees of Pseudotsuga menziesii and Pinus spp. at Perpignan (Languedoc-Roussillon region) in 2005. In same year, all trees and stumps uprooted and destroyed. No susceptible species found in the vicinity. Probably eradicated.

EPPO Reporting Service (2008/103) : eradication is officially declared.

EPPO Reporting Service (2009/093) : investigations on seed lots imported from the USA led to the discovery of an isolated outbreak on Pseudotsuga menziesii in the Vosges department. Under eradication.

EPPO Reporting Service (2010/034) : found again in 2009 in 2 nurseries in Western France (Côtes d’Armor, Vendée) in connection with the import of a suspect Pinus radiata seed lot; under eradication.

In 2011, the NPPO declared the successful eradication of the pathogen.
