Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (2017/129) : first found in Crimea in 2015, and in Transcarpathia (near Velyka Dobron, West Ukraine) in 2016.

According to Turys (2015), the first signs of the presence of the pest were observed in Ukraine in 2014. It was identified in 2015 in the city of Mukachevo (Transcarpathia region).
