EPPO Reporting Service (1998/165) : first find in 1998-07. Isolated outbreaks in Los Angeles county (NAPIS, 1998).

Apparently, these isolated outbreaks were then eradicated (NAPIS, 2006).

In January 2016, found in the city of Westchester (Los Angeles county). Eradicated in August 2016.
