EPPO Reporting Service (99/059): Symptoms first observed in 1998-07 in field-grown tomatoes in Eftagonia (Limassol district), then Odou (Larnaca district) and Pharmaca (Nicosia district). Incidence was 5-90%. Cvs were A178, A179 and Graciella (last less infected). Identification confirmed by Benaki Phytopathological Institute, Athens.
EPPO Reporting Service (2010/041) : in spring 2005, it was detected in tomato crops in the districts of Nicosia (Pyrgos), Larnaca (Odou, Melini, Vavatsinia) and Limassol (Parekklisia).
