EPPO Reporting Service (2011/198) : first record in 2009. Found in Friuli-Venezia-Giulia (provinces of Udine, Pordenone) and Veneto (province of Treviso). The NPPO of Italy reported a particularly strong defoliation in the municipality of Castions di Strada (Province of Udine).
EPPO Reporting Service (2013/223) : in July 2013, an outbreak was detected in 2 municipalities (Grigno and Ospedaletto) in the Autonomous province of Trento.
From NPPO (2015): found in Emilia-Romagna, and Lombardia.
