Xanthomonas citri pv. viticola(XANTCV)

Distribution details in Thailand

Situation
Current pest situation evaluated by EPPO on the basis of information dated 2021: Present, widespread
Comments
EFSA (2021) considers that the MSc thesis by Buensanteai (2004) contains sufficient information to suggest that X. citri pv. viticola might be present in Thailand, even if the thesis was not followed by any paper published in any peer-reviewed journal. The causal agent was identified as X. citri pv. viticola on the basis of metabolic and biochemical features and by ELISA.
