Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (2018/057) : first found in July 2017 on Vitis plants for planting in the municipality of Kapelle (province of Zeeland). All infested plants have been destroyed.
From NPPO (2018-04): this outbreak in Kapella was eradicated.

From NPPO (2018-09): in August 2018, the pest was found in approximately 80 V. vinifera plants for planting (in pots) in the municipality of Emmen. Investigations showed that these plants had been imported 4 years before from another EU Member State. All plants were destroyed. This outbreak is also considered as eradicated.
