Found in 1960s and 1970s, sporadically at high-altitude stations.
EPPO Reporting Service (1996/29) : not seen since 1984.
EPPO Reporting Service (1998/203) : found for the first time since 1984, in Bayern and Baden-Württemberg. Now classed as having a restricted distribution in Germany.
Rudloff et al. (2020): mainly in the southern part of Germany in organic production. Also found at low incidence in conventional fields in Northern Germany in 2016-2017: Niedersachsen, Brandeburg, Sachsen.
