Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (2016/101) : first found in 2014 in Jerez de la Frontera (province of Cádiz, Andalucía) under the bark of a large eucalyptus tree. Further specimens were found in 2015 in other localities of the province of Cádiz on Eucalyptus camaldulensis.

According to Pérez-Gómez et al. (2022): specimens found in Andalucía (Almería, Cádiz, Córdoba, Huelva, Málaga, Sevilla), Cáceres (Extremadura), and Madrid during studies conducted in the early 2020s.
