Found on Musa in an exotic glasshouse in Paris (in 1933).
EPPO Reporting Service (2003/024) : isolated records in Côte d'Azur, on Aloe in 1978 and Hibiscus in 1982. In 2002, a few females found on Bulbine frutescens. No damage. The pest does not occur on citrus.
