Distribution details in Czech Republic

Situation
Current pest situation evaluated by EPPO on the basis of information dated 2011: Absent, invalid record
Pest status declared by NPPO: Absent, invalid record
Comments
This old report (1949) describes a disease similar to rose wilt. Since nothing similar has been seen since, the record can be considered as very dubious. In any case, EPPO no longer supports the view that there is a specific pest causing rose wilt. This is confirmed by the NPPO which also considers this old record as invalid.
