Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum(RALSPS)
Distribution details in Taiwan
* Lin CH, Tsai KC, Prior P, Wang JF (2014) Phylogenetic relationships and population structure of Ralstonia solanacearum isolated from diverse origins in Taiwan. Plant Pathology 63(6), 1395-1403.
------ Phylotype I isolates were grouped into 10 sequevars. Sequevar 15 was predominant (34 out of 56 isolates). Its distribution covered the whole island and it was largely associated with solanaceous crops such as tomato, and with tomato field soil.
* Lin CH, Chuang MH, Wang JF (2015) First report of bacterial wilt caused by Ralstonia solanacearum on chard in Taiwan. Plant Disease 99(2), p 282.
------- On chard (Beta vulgaris var. cicla). Biovar 3. Phylotype I sequevar 34.
* Wu YF, Cheng AS, Lin CH, Chen CY (2013) First report of bacterial wilt caused by Ralstonia solanacearum on Roselle in Taiwan. Plant Disease 97, p 1375. doi: 10.1094/PDIS-02-13-0186-PDN
------- Phylotype I on Hibiscus sabdariffa.
* Stulberg MJ, Shao J, and Huang Q (2015) A multiplex PCR assay to detect and differentiate select agent strains of Ralstonia solanacearum. Plant Disease 99:333-341.
------- R. pseudosolanacearum [phylotype I] confirmed for isolates from Capsicum annuum (chilli and aweet pepper), Ipomoea aquatica (water spinach), Ipomoea batatas (sweet potato), potato, tomato and eggplant.
