------- R. pseudosolanacearum [phylotype I sequevars PI-14, PI-18, PI-31 and PI-46] distributed across all the vegetable production areas (tomato, pepper, eggplant). R. pseudosolanacearum [phylotype III] strains limited to areas of Sikasso, Koulikoro and Segou to the south and east of Bamako city.
