Nishat et al. (2015): R. pseudosolanacearum [phylotype 1] (biovar 3) isolated from 7 major eggplant growing areas (Panchagarh, Rangpur, Pabna, Jessore, Jhinaidah, Jamalpur and Mymensingh) and 8 major potato growing areas (Jamalpur, Munshigonj, Panchagarh, Bogra, Jessore, Chandpur and Nilphamari). Average wilt incidence at the time of surveying eggplant and potato ranged from 14-22% and 9-23% respectively.
