EPPO Reporting Service (1996/002): generally considered absent from Turkey. In 1995, some infected tubers found in a small area in Central Anatolia. Intensive surveys are being followed by eradication measures.
EPPO Reporting Service (2007/005) : no further detections in Central Anatolia since 1995, but one outbreak in Marmara region in 2006.
EPPO Reporting Service (2007/091) : a further outbreak in 2006 at Barakova (Canakkale province, Aegean region). Outbreaks under official control. See also Ustun et al., 2008.
