Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (2015/077) : first found in 2014 in 1 production site (Bačka region - Vojvodina province).

EPPO Reporting Service (2016/102) : the NPPO of Serbia further explained that in 2014 A. citrulli was detected in 2 production sites (Sremski and Juzno-backi, both in Vojvodina province). The watermelon crops were destroyed and hygiene measures were taken. As no other findings have been made, the NPPO considers that the bacterium is no longer present.
