EPPO Reporting Service (2008/201) : The situation in the Republic of Korea needs clarification. In a short Internet publication, it is stated that P. hilaris is a rare insect species which survives only on Ulleung-do Island. Studies are being done to rear the insect and release it again in its natural environment on the Island.
