Comments
Found in 'human-dominated' habitats. For the moment, no major damage observed in agriculture, however it may harm native biota by consuming aquatic plants (Roll et al., 2009).

From NPPO (2016): no evidence of the existence of Pomacea in nature in Israel. Occasionally found in aquarium shops and sometimes in freshwater decorative pools in public parks. In such cases, eradication measures are always taken.
