EPPO Reporting Service (2010/090) : recorded in 2003 in ponds and rivers of Moscow and its neighbourhood.
EPPO Reporting Service (2010/164) : found in the delta of the Volga River in 1989, as well as in the Kutum River. The species was able to survive because hot water was released by a nearby electric power station.
