EPPO Reporting Service (2016/215) : first reported to be the cause of red needle cast on Pinus radiata in New Zealand. Symptoms first noticed during winter 2008 in forest stands on the Eastern coast of the North Island.

Brar et al. (2018): in North and South Island.
