 From Missouri Department of Agriculture (2022-04): annual specific surveys are conducted and have shown that the pathogen is not naturally present in Missouri. In 2019, infected potted plants were found in retail nurseries. All infected plants were destroyed. Subsequent statewide surveys gave negative results. The Missouri Department of Agriculture considers that P. ramorum is 'Absent, confirmed by survey'.
