EPPO Reporting Service (2009/217) : detected during surveys carried out from 1997 to 2007 in South Moravia. Affected elm trees showed witches’ broom, smaller leaves, partial leaf yellowing, and irregular twig growth but the disease was rare.

EPPO Reporting Service (2015/166) : clarifies the situation of 'Ca. P. ulmi' in the Czech Republic. The first confirmed finding was made in June 2015 on Ulmus minor (1 site), all previous records are considered uncertain.
