EPPO Reporting Service (2009/099) : ESFY was detected in Schleswig-Holstein in August 2008 and in Baden-Württemberg in summer/autumn 2008. Under eradication.
From Jarausch et al. (2019): during surveys conducted from 2013 to 2017, ESFY was found in all lander. Results also show that wild Prunus spinosa probably play an important role in the disease epidemiology.
