EPPO Reporting Service (1995/212) : a disorder resembling peach rosette has been observed in province of Salerno (Campania region) since 1988.

The identity of the phytoplasma(s) found near Salerno could not be ascertained. Affected peach trees were destroyed and the disease was eradicated.
