Comments
Powers et al. (2005) stated that M. chiwoodi occurs in Portugal. During a survey on Globodera species (da Conceiçao et al., 2007), M. chitwoodi was detected in 1 sample (out of 43 samples collected from potato fields). But the NPPO of Portugal did not confirm these records.
