The paper from Mo & Cheng (2003) was erroneously interpreted as stating the occurrence of L. decemlineata in Zhejiang province. This paper only refers to laboratory studies on the pest resistance to insecticides. In CABI correspondence (2011) with Chinese scientists and authorities, it was confirmed that the pest has never been observed in the field in Zhejiang.
