EPPO Reporting Service (2017/072) : first found during a survey of potato pests carried out in 2011-2012. Localized outbreaks were observed in Miryang and Goryeong counties. The paper from Maharjan et al. (2014) was the first published record, although some infestations on greenhouse crops had been observed earlier.
