Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (2014/116) : first found in 2011 in Rostov Province (Southern Russia).

As of 2020-01: present in 1 province, the established quarantine zone covers 2440 ha in total.

From Musolin et al. (2022): first found in Rostov-on-Don (and neighbouring Crimean peninsula). Also in Smolensk oblast, Voronezh city, Volgograd city, Stavropol krai, Krasnodar krai and north Ossetia.
