The NPPO of Brazil (2025) review the indications of Delia antiqua occurring in Brazil, and concluded that these records are invalid. This is because there are no records that meet the reliability criteria set forth in ISPM 8 and the fact that the genus Delia (with the exception of the species D. sanctijacobi) is officially considered as absent quarantine pest for Brazil.
