Surveys on Globodera species have been conducted in Slovenia since 1963 and until 2011 G. pallida was not found.
EPPO Reporting Service (2012/164) : first report of G. pallida in Slovenia. It was found in autumn 2011 in 3 fields (1.9 ha), under eradication.
