The abstract of an article in Nematologia Mediterranea 15, 1-12 (1988), by Prof. Carlos Sosa-Moss, in Helminthological Abstracts, suggests that G. pallida is present in Mexico. However, Prof. Sosa-Moss declares that G. pallida is not present in Mexico: the abstract is misleading and the original article clearly states the true situation (EPPO Reporting Service (1995/200) ).
