EPPO Reporting Service (2016/164) : first found in July 2016, several beetles were observed in a residential building in Wilhelmshaven (Lower Saxony). Pest status remains to be determined.
EPPO Reporting Service (2017/130) : German NPPO considers that the pest has now been eradicated.
EPPO Reporting Service (2021/132) : in October 2017, two specimens (a male and a female) of T. campestris were caught in a trap near Breisach (Baden-Württemberg), and a another one was found in a residential building in Neckarweihingen (Ludwigsburg, Baden-Württemberg). Establishment remains to be demonstrated.
