Comments
First found in mid-July 2010 in 1 location on glasshouse tomatoes (coastal area), then also trapped in other locations along the coast and near Podgorica. In September 2010, it was present in greenhouses in all tomato-producing areas. Outdoors, it is only recorded in the coastal area.

From surveys in 2011-2014: T. absoluta is widely distributed and predominantely present in greenhouses where tomato are produced. The species is also present in the open field, particularly, during the hottest summer months
