On Phoenix canariensis, so this may be a different forma specialis of F. oxysporum (see EPPO data sheet). The identification as f. sp. albedinis was never proved by inoculation to Phoenix dactylifera.

EPPO Reporting Service (97/152): the form on P. canariensis is confirmed as distinct.
