Comments
It was found in 2002 at the 'Ferme aux Crocodiles' ('crocodile farm' glasshouse) in Pierrelatte (Drôme department) on Chrysalidocarpus lutescens, Litchi chinensis and Poaceae. The scale was introduced on plants imported from French Polynesia but did not establish.
