Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (2010/007) : introduced into Hawaii in the 1980s.
In the 1990s, it was already known in the Islands of Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, and Hawaii. New records were made in Maui in 1999 and 2000. No particular damage is reported from the Hawaian Archipelago.
