Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (2014/085) : introduced in the early 1980s into Shanxi. After 1999, it rapidly spread to other provinces killing Pinus tabulaeformis. In 2013, it was estimated that D. valens has killed more than 10 000 pine trees in China. A national management programme was initiated in 2000.
