Present in Rota, Saipan and Tinian (OIRSA Data Sheet, PNKTO no 20). Outbreak on Rota reported eradicated in 1968. Still present on Saipan according to CABI map 109. See also Guam.

Considered to be eradicated (Leblanc et al., 2012).
