Comments
CTV was first detected in 1986 in seedlings of lemon, mandarin and grapefruit imported from India. In 2008, CTV was detected in 4 production sites (out of 10 tested). In 2009/2010 surveys, CTV was detected in most (91%) of the districts studied. Moderate to high infection levels were found in lime in Northern Oman (15-63%). Infection levels were low in southern Oman (0-12%).
