Comments
Outbreaks are occasionnally reported in England but are always submitted to eradication measures.

From country itself (2009): in England, 10 new outbreak sites were found in 2008 (in addition to the 30 sites detected in 2007). Eradication was achieved on 39 of these sites, so 1 site was still infested at the end of 2008.

From country itself (2010): 41 new outbreaks found in 2009in England and Wales (23 were eradicated and 18 are ongoing).
