EPPO Reporting Service 500/08. Mostly on Euphorbia pulcherrima and Hibiscus.
According to EPPO Conference in Pruhonice (1998), widely established but well controlled biologically.

EPPO Reporting Service (1997/220) : in a survey to characterize the biotypes present in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, all samples were identified as biotype B.
EPPO Reporting Service (2002/009) : according to a 1997/1999 survey, all B. tabaci populations in France belong to B biotype (B. argentifolii), except one population found in Camargue (Bouches-du Rhône département) on tomatoes grown from young plants imported from Spain.
According to the NPPO (2011), largely present in the South both in the field and under glasshouses, only under glasshouses in the North.
EPPO Reporting Service (2002/009) : with one exception (cf. B. tabaci), all populations found in a 1997/1999 survey in France were B. argentifolii. Only in glasshouses. Outdoor survival is probably limited to the eastern part of Côte-d'Azur.
