Comments
Surveys conducted in September 2018 in banana growing areas revealed symptomatic plants in 3 banana fields [Tsévié and Lilicope (Zio prefecture) and Amoutcho (Ogou prefecture)]. All infected banana plants were destroyed. Follow-up surveys were conducted in the same regions in 2019 and 2020 and did not detect the virus.
