Baccharis halimifolia(BACHA)

Distribution details in Australia

Situation
Current pest situation evaluated by EPPO on the basis of information dated 2013: Present, restricted distribution
Comments
In Australia, the species is considered noxious and is regulated in Queensland and New South Wales (as well as in Northern Territory where it is not recorded as of 2013).

CABI mentions occurence of the species in Northern Territory and Western Australia according to Westman et al. (1975), but this record is a misinterpretation of this reference.
