Comments
The disease was first detected in 2017. Surveys conducted in 2020 detected the proteobacterium in several sugarbeet crops in Western Switzerland (together with Beet yellows virus, Beet chlorosis virus, and in some cases Beet mild yellowing virus). The affected area is increasing.
